Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Creative Project Coordinator to manage video projects from assignment to delivery, ensure QA across pacing, captions, audio, branding, and formatting, and keep creative workflows on track.

In a fully remote contractor role open to international applicants, you will coordinate timelines, communicate revisions, and maintain organized project workflows with a detail-oriented, proactive approach. Excellent English skills are essential for clear collaboration.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.

• 1,800–2,500 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate video projects from assignment through completion
• Track deadlines, revisions, and deliverables
