This role involves coordinating video projects from assignment through completion, tracking deadlines and revisions, conducting QA on pacing, captions, audio, and branding, and providing clear revision feedback to editors. Excellent English and strong attention to detail are essential.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Project Coordinator to coordinate video projects, perform quality assurance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.

• 1,800–2,500 USD per month, depending on experience. Full-time remote contractor position. International applicants are encouraged to apply!
