Job summary

Lone Star College-Tomball is seeking a Technician II, Video Production to write, film, edit, and distribute videos supporting instruction and programs. You will plan productions with clients, ensure proper lighting, direct crew, and manage video assets for YouTube and OneDrive.

Requirements include an associate degree or higher and at least 1 year of experience in video production, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher and at least 1 year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• All applicants must reside in Texas.
• Hiring salary range is $38,761 to $44,575.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients, schedule and plan video projects.
• Film video projects primarily focused on instruction.
• Assemble footage with text, music, and graphics.
• Output videos to clients via OneDrive and maintain college YouTube channel.
• Maintain video equipment and check out equipment to faculty and staff.
• Record voiceovers for instructional and promotional videos.
• Assist with photography session setup and video equipment setup.
