Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and deliver PC services to end users.
• Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software on workstations.
• Maintain inventory of monitors, keyboards, printers, and other peripherals.
• Document hardware failures, repairs, and configurations.
• Provide timely end-user support and training as needed.
