Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in film, television production, communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in television production, media, or communications.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and current car insurance to travel as required.

Aufgaben

• Oversee development, production, and post-production of TV and media projects.
• Operate and maintain television and studio production equipment, including cameras, lighting, sound systems, and editing software.
• Manage all aspects of media production from concept to final output.
• Supervise production crews and student interns and provide training in production techniques and equipment usage.
• Ensure media productions meet technical standards and comply with policies and branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with academic departments to support video content for online learning and promotional videos.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video production and broadcast.
• Manage production requests and schedules to support the PIO/TV & Podcast Director and Laredo College mission.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and advancements in media production technology.
• Travel between Ft. McIntosh Campus and South Campus as required.
