Job summary

Advanced Systems Group, LLC is seeking a Video Production Specialist to support in-studio, remote, and on-location shoots, organize spaces, and operate cameras, lighting, and audio gear.

You will ingest media, provide teleprompting support for virtual shoots, and coordinate gear with the post-production team to ensure timely delivery of polished content. This role requires hands-on technical skills and a collaborative mindset for high-end productions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with studio and on-location video shoots.
• Comfortable with studio and green screen production.
• Quick to learn new technologies (cameras, lighting, etc.)
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite and relevant production software (e.g., Iconik)
• Able to navigate Apple computers and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and keep studio spaces production-ready.

• Maintain all production gear and studio equipment.

• Stay up to date with the latest production gear and technology.
• Assist in scouting locations and testing new equipment.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth sets and great results.
• Regularly meet with team leads to maintain high standards.

Job Overview

As a Video Production Specialist, you’ll play a key role in every aspect of our video shoots—from organizing the studio and setting up equipment to supporting remote productions and helping to create polished, professional content. Who You Are

Physical Demands

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs (with occasional heavier lifting when needed with assistance)
• Comfortable with sitting, standing, and moving around event venues for extended periods
• Frequent use of hands for equipment and editing
• Occasional bending and stooping

Work Environment & Travel

• Primarily on-site with some outdoor work (varied weather conditions)
• Flexible schedule with some projects requiring work on weekends or holidays
• Travel to project sites as needed
