Job summary

Advanced Systems Group, LLC invites a Senior Creative Producer to lead high-impact video, podcast, and multimedia campaigns from concept to launch. You will own the creative and production process across on-set and remote shoots, working with executive stakeholders and major brands.

You will mentor junior talent, manage budgets and schedules, and guide editors and designers with strong feedback using Frame.io, Iconik, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in film, media, or related field.
• 7–10+ years producing high-budget, high-profile media projects.
• Hands-on podcast production expertise, including scripting and casting.
• Proficiency with Frame.io, Iconik, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, and teleprompter software.

Responsibilities

• Drive content strategy and refine scripts with clients for video and podcasts.
• Direct on-set and location shoots, coordinating crews and talent.

• Lead Post-Production: Guide editors and designers with sharp creative feedback, using cutting-edge tools like Frame.io and Iconik.
• Amplify Impact: Foster strong client partnerships and work with publishing and social teams to maximize project reach.
• Supervise & Mentor: Shape workflows, develop production staff, and ensure every team member thrives.
