As a Video Production Specialist, you’ll manage studio setups, operate cameras and lighting, support remote productions, and hand off media to the post team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with studio and on-location shoots.
• Proficient in studio and green screen production.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Iconik.
• Comfortable using Apple computers.

Responsibilities

• Support in-studio, remote, and on-location shoots.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain production-ready spaces.
• Set up and operate cameras, lighting, audio, and teleprompter.
• Maintain all production gear and studio equipment.
• Provide technical support and remote teleprompting for virtual shoots.
• Ingest and hand off media to post-production.
• Record voice-overs and podcast material as needed.
• Coordinate gear prep and returns; manage inventories with leads.
• Keep storage areas organized and safe.
• Review footage and suggest workflow improvements.
• Assess gear needs and coordinate rentals.
• Stay updated with latest production gear and tech.
• Assist location scouting and equipment testing.
• Collaborate with coworkers for smooth sets and great results.
• Regularly meet with team leads to maintain high standards.
