Grant Cardone Enterprises is seeking an experienced, execution-focused Video Project Manager to oversee the operational flow of our video department in Aventura, FL.

You will manage workflows in Monday.com, review content in Frame.io, coordinate shoot-day logistics, and maintain a 12-week content calendar to provide visibility into priorities and deliverables.

The role emphasizes leadership, precise editor feedback, and delivering work that meets creative, technical, brand, and platform standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in video production or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple video projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end video production workflows.
• Proven ability to review professional video content and provide precise feedback to editors.
• Experience using Frame.io or a comparable video review tool.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI models in workflows.
• Experience coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
• Excellent organization, communication, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Own Video Team projects from intake to delivery and closeout.
• Build and improve workflows in Monday.com.
• Establish project owners, priorities, timelines, milestones, briefs, and deadlines.
• Maintain a 12-week content and production calendar.
• Meet with Marketing and stakeholders to clarify objectives and deliverables.
• Monitor capacity and assign editors based on workload and priorities.
• Lead project kickoffs and status reviews.
• Provide timecoded feedback on video edits in Frame.io.
• Ensure assets are labeled, delivered, and archived.
• Coordinate shoot-day logistics with Production Director.
