Grant Cardone Enterprises is seeking a Senior Video Project Manager to oversee the operational flow of the video department in Aventura, FL. You will manage projects from intake to delivery, maintain the 12-week content calendar, and optimize workflows using Monday.com and Frame.io.

The role requires extensive post-production experience, strong editorial judgment, and the ability to provide precise editor feedback while protecting deadlines and ensuring brand and platform standards.

Qualifications

7+ years of professional experience in video production, post-production, creative operations, or video project management.
Experience managing multiple video projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong understanding of end-to-end video production workflows and editorial feedback.

Responsibilities

Own Video Team projects from intake through delivery and closeout, coordinating final approval with the Head of Video Production.
Build, maintain, and improve Video Production workflows in Monday.com.
Establish clear project owners, priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Maintain a 12-week content calendar reflecting shoots, editing, publishing, and events.
Meet with Marketing and stakeholders to clarify objectives and expected deliverables.
Lead project kickoffs, production check-ins, and status reviews.
Provide timecoded feedback in Frame.io and direct editors with actionable guidance.
Ensure assets are labeled, delivered, and archived correctly.
