Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workflow for video projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
• Partner with producers, editors, and communications teams to support visual storytelling aligned with objectives.
• Maintain consistency in project workflows, templates, and documentation to support scalable production.
• Streamline post-production workflows and establish scalable editing practices to improve efficiency and turnaround times.
• Maintain project trackers, calendars, status updates, and production documentation.
• Assist with coordination of production inventory, studio resources, and related processes.
• Support vendor coordination and other administrative needs related to video production.
