Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Film and Television, Video or Media Production, Communications, Digital Media, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or a related creative discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience in video production, post‑production, multimedia storytelling, or related creative production; leadership of video projects from concept to final delivery.
• Experience leading a video/creative team and coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders, freelancers, vendors, agencies, or other production partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end video production from intake and prioritization through concept development, scripting, storyboarding, production planning, filming, directing, post‑production, quality control, and final delivery.
• Ensure discoverability and performance of video content across Google Search, YouTube, social platforms, and AI‑driven experiences using video SEO best practices.
• Oversee staff and manage multiple concurrent productions, coordinating with freelancers, vendors, and other partners.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, faculty, and external partners to align content with strategic goals and brand standards.
