NYU Langone Health is seeking a Video Coordinator to join the Visual Production team within the CMGCA department. You will plan production workflows, allocate resources, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality video content.

Reporting to the Manager, Digital Media Producer, you will support editors and producers, streamline post‑production, and identify scalable improvements to time and cost efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience in operations, coordination, video production, marketing, or related support roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day workflow for video projects, tracking timelines, deliverables, approvals, and progression across production and post-production.
• Partner with producers, editors, and communications teams to support visual storytelling aligned with objectives.
• Maintain consistent project workflows, templates, and documentation for scalable video production.
• Streamline post-production workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround times.
• Maintain project trackers, calendars, status updates, and production documentation.
• Assist with coordination of production inventory, studio resources, and related processes.
• Support vendor coordination and administrative needs related to video production.
• Provide general coordination support to the video production and editing team.
• Identify process improvements to increase team efficiency.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers, including onboarding and performance evaluation.
• Analyze production challenges and propose solutions to hit timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative briefs and production approaches aligned with objectives.
