Job summary

Heico is seeking a Video & Animation Coordinator in Warrenville, IL to support the marketing team with multimedia content creation, including video production, motion graphics, and visual storytelling across channels.

This entry-level role offers exposure to branding, employer branding, social media, and digital marketing while working within a holding company environment across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Animation, Graphic Design, Video Production, or related field.
• Internship or 0–2 years of relevant experience in video/animation is acceptable.
• Familiarity with active video production workflows and branding.
• Ability to adapt visuals for multiple channels and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit videos for marketing campaigns, internal communications, training programs, and events.
• Develop motion graphics and visual assets for websites, presentations, social media, and digital communications.
• Assist with on-location video content including setup, lighting, and audio.
• Edit raw footage into polished, brand-aligned content.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, content creation, and brand-building.
