Job summary

Omnicom’s Orion team seeks an Assistant Associate, Video Investment to support day-to-day management of media partnerships across TV, CTV, streaming, and digital video. The role emphasizes detail, analytics, and collaboration with internal buying teams to optimize investments.

You will assist with tracking, reporting, and reconciliation, while contributing to forecasting and learning the evolving video marketplace in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Video Investment team in managing, tracking, and maintaining media investments and partnerships across linear TV, CTV, streaming, and digital video.
• Maintain accurate investment records, partnership trackers, and internal databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Input, update, and reconcile media investment information across Excel, Salesforce, and other systems.
• Assist with tracking client media buys, investment commitments, partnership utilization, and available media inventory.
• Coordinate with internal buying teams and media partners to obtain investment details, delivery reports, and billing information.
• Support monthly billing reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
• Assist in tracking media investment performance, financial commitments, and partnership balances for reporting and forecasting.
• Maintain records of insertion orders, media authorizations, and investment documentation.
• Communicate with media partners to obtain reports and address inquiries.
• Prepare recurring reports, investment summaries, and financial analyses for management.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on special projects and day-to-day operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and workflow efficiencies.
• Develop knowledge of the evolving video marketplace including traditional TV, streaming, and programmatic video.
