Orion Worldwide, a global media company, is seeking an Assistant Associate, Video Investment to join the team in New York. You will support the Video Investment group in managing media partnerships across linear TV, CTV, streaming, and digital video, ensuring accurate investment records and timely reporting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data accuracy, and a proactive, collaborative approach to work with Omnicom Media buying agencies and partners.

Formación

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong Excel skills to organize, analyze and reconcile large data sets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong mathematical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Video Investment team in managing, tracking, and maintaining media investments and partnerships across linear TV, CTV, streaming, and digital video.
• Maintain accurate investment records, partnership trackers, and internal databases with data integrity.
• Input, update, and reconcile media investment information across Excel, Salesforce and other systems.
• Assist with tracking client media buys, investment commitments, and partnership utilization.
• Coordinate with internal buying teams and media partners to obtain investment details and reporting.
• Support monthly billing reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.
• Assist in tracking investment performance and financial commitments for reporting and forecasting.
• Maintain records of insertion orders, media authorizations, and investment documentation.
• Communicate with media partners to obtain reporting and address operational inquiries.
• Prepare recurring reports and investment summaries for management.
• Collaborate with Senior staff on special projects and reporting needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and streamline processes.
• Develop knowledge of evolving video marketplace including traditional TV and digital video.
