Qualifikationen

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong Excel skills for organizing, analyzing, and reconciling large datasets with formulas, pivots, and lookups.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy; strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
• Effective time management to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Support the Video Investment team in managing, tracking, and maintaining media investments and partnerships across linear TV, CTV, streaming, and digital video.
• Maintain accurate investment records, partnership trackers, and internal databases with data integrity.
• Input, update, and reconcile investment information across Excel, Salesforce, and other systems.
• Assist with tracking client media buys, investment commitments, partnership utilization, and inventory.
• Coordinate with internal buying teams and media partners to obtain investment details and reports.
• Support monthly billing reconciliation and resolve discrepancies with teams and partners.
• Help track investment performance, commitments, and balances for reporting and forecasting.
• Maintain records of insertion orders, authorizations, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with media partners to obtain reports and address inquiries.
• Assist in preparing recurring investment reports and financial analyses for management.
• Collaborate with Senior leaders on special projects and day-to-day operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy and streamline processes.
• Develop knowledge of evolving video marketplace including traditional TV and streaming.
