Job summary

MARTA (Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority) is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to support the Office of Risk Management. You will coordinate video evidence for bodily injury, property damage, and other claims, and provide routine administrative services across departments.

Responsibilities include data entry, reporting, scheduling, budget tracking, and customer service, with collaboration across MARTA Police, Risk Management, Legal, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience may be considered.
• Minimum three to four years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
• Experience in claims administration, investigations, risk management, or video evidence coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate to advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Review the Video Request Dashboard in RMIS to identify incidents needing video evidence.
• Submit video evidence requests and liaison with MARTA Police Video Evidence Unit.
• Receive and process video requests for Legal Services or open records.
• Verify accuracy and relevance of video evidence and coordinate resolutions.
• Enter and maintain video evidence data in RMIS and track related activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, charts, and data summaries.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
• Maintain budgets, confidential records, and executive calendars; coordinate meetings.
• Support special projects and act as Transit Ambassador when assigned.
