MARTA in Atlanta is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support the Office of Risk Management. You will coordinate the collection, tracking, review, and preservation of video evidence used to support bodily injury, property damage, and other claims.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant administrative experience may be considered.
• 3–4 years of progressively responsible administrative experience (data entry, reporting, recordkeeping, program support).
• Experience in claims administration, investigations, legal support, risk management, or video evidence coordination preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate–advanced).
• In lieu of a degree, directly related experience may be substituted.

Aufgaben

• Performs administrative, analytical, and paraprofessional duties in support of the Office of Risk Management.
• Coordinates the collection, tracking, review, and preservation of video evidence used to support bodily injury, property damage, employee injury, and other claims.
• Provides administrative support including correspondence, scheduling, budget tracking, payment processing, report preparation, database maintenance, and customer service.
• Coordinates with MARTA Police, Risk Management, Legal, and other internal stakeholders and supports special projects and related operational activities.
• Reviews video evidence and maintains data in RMIS; prepares and formats reports, graphs, and presentations.
