Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist on a remote, worldwide basis. You will evaluate AI-generated creative outputs, provide high-quality human feedback for AI training, and contribute to improving workflows and tooling.

The role requires strong skills in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and UI/UX, with experience using tools like Figma, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. This is a contractor position with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

Proven graphic design and visual communication skills.
Experience evaluating AI-generated outputs and providing clear feedback.
Paid experience in AI human-data work (data labeling, annotation, or evaluation) is required.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, and Milanote.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review creative outputs against professional design standards and established project criteria.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
