Qualifications

• Familiarity with security systems and/or monitoring experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service over the phone, answer inquiries, and adjust customer accounts.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting alarm systems and coordinate service requests.
• Log all account activity and collaborate with technicians for testing and data transfer.
• Generate shift, incident and miscellaneous reports as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of installed equipment and support routine operations.
