The role requires hands-on shooting, editing, and a strong portfolio demonstrating video work across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

The position starts in-office during the training period with a transition to hybrid work after training.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or a related role.
• Los Angeles-based/local and available to work in-office during the training period.
• Proven experience developing social media strategies for brands or clients.
• Strong video shooting and editing skills.
• Portfolio is mandatory, with a strong focus on video work.
• Proficiency with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Good understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
• Strong communication and creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
