High Scale in DTLA is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to produce original, engaging short-form content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will translate briefs into authentic brand stories that resonate with Gen Z and millennial audiences.

You will film, edit, and optimize videos, stay on top of trends, and collaborate with strategists, editors, and trend researchers. The role offers a fast-paced, innovative environment and growth opportunities within a data-driven, creative team.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years creating short-form content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Ability to hook viewers in the first three seconds.
• Strong storytelling and pacing for fast-moving platforms.
• Experience editing with CapCut or similar tools.
