Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience in videoconference operations or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and coordinate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process and schedule videoconference requests and manage issues via telephone and email.
• Assist with day-to-day management of videoconferencing operations for multisite network.
• Provide analytical and troubleshooting support for video endpoints and fiber networks.
• Support conference room meetings, point-to-point and multipoint video teleconferences.
• Report operational and technical issues to managers.
