Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a Video Conference Specialist to provide senior-level technical support for enterprise video conferencing, room systems, and AV services. You will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot platforms like Teams, Zoom, and WebEx, ensuring secure and high-quality communications for leadership briefings and client meetings.

You will coordinate with IT, facilities, and vendors, develop user guides, monitor performance, and resolve complex issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Communications/AV tech or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressively responsible technical support experience.
• Hands-on experience with unified communications and video conferencing platforms (Teams/Zoom/WebEx).
• Experience configuring, testing, and troubleshooting AV and conference-room equipment.
• Ability to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex issues across audio, video, network, and endpoints.
• Ability to develop technical documentation and training materials; mentor junior staff.
• Active Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize enterprise video conferencing and UC platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx).
• Configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot conference-room AV systems and connectivity.
• Provide live, high-visibility technical support for leadership briefings and client meetings.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across audio, video, devices, platforms, and networks.
• Coordinate with IT, facilities, and vendors for equipment life-cycle and upgrades.
• Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials for conferencing tech.
