Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to sell bank products and services.
• Comfort with technology and video banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed performance standards for service and sales while delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Process customer transactions accurately including deposits, transfers, stop payments, loan payments, etc.
• Provide customers with answers to inquiries regarding a broad range of financial services.
• Identify sales opportunities and cross-sell products to meet customer needs.
• Investigate, track, and resolve customer problems and inquiries promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures to protect the bank from risk.
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities.
• Exhibit positive teamwork and assist customers and colleagues.
