Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our Madison, WI campus. The role includes supporting over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.

You will work with a team of AV experts to create optimal environments for events large and small, live and virtual, providing hands-on support and post-install training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP and SDVoE protocols and systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for the campus.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure events run smoothly, large and small.
• Collaborate with AV team to layout new systems and ensure project success.
• Support ongoing use of AV systems for live and virtual events.
