Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across a large corporate campus with many conference and training rooms and a huge auditorium.

You will collaborate with a team of AV professionals to create an optimal setting for events of all sizes, live and virtual, and provide hands-on support to ensure system success. Relocation to Madison, WI is reimbursed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
  • Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
  • Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
  • COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

  • Design, install, train, maintain and operate sound, video, and control systems for our large and complex corporate campus.
  • Work with a team of AV experts to support events in over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms and an 11,000-seat auditorium.
  • Provide hands‑on support to ensure the success of new and existing systems.
