Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our large campus including 200+ conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium. You will work with AV experts to create ideal settings for both live and virtual events.

Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required with assistance provided. The role involves hands-on support and ongoing system optimization to ensure reliable, high-quality experiences for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our campus.
• Collaborate with a team of AV experts to create optimal settings for events large and small, live and virtual.
• Lay out new systems and provide hands-on support to ensure post-installation success.

Skills

Education
