Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our large campus, including over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium. You’ll work with a team of AV experts to create ideal settings for events large and small, live and virtual.

The position requires relocation to the Madison, WI area with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
  • Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
  • Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
  • COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

  • Design, install, train, maintain and operate sound, video and control systems for the campus.
  • Support over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and the 11,000-seat auditorium.
  • Provide hands-on support for events, both live and virtual.
