Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking a guest-focused server to support the front-of-house in an iconic, high-volume restaurant. You will assist with food service, tables, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.

Responsibilities include serving soups, salads, and beverages, setting tables, restocking stations, and ensuring coffee and water are readily available. Knowledge of sanitation and safety is valued.

Responsibilities

• Serve general items such as soups, salads, and beverages to guests.
• Set tables with silverware and glassware; restock server stations.
• Clean tabletops and chairs.
• Make coffee and keep a fresh supply of coffee and water available.
• Supply service bar with food such as soups, salads, and desserts.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Knowledge of electrical equipment usage.
• Working knowledge of acceptable standards of sanitation and proper chemical usage.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, staff, and guests.
• Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume operation preferred.
