Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Campus is seeking a Victim Services and Case Management Specialist to support staff, faculty, and affiliates affected by crime or critical incidents. You will coordinate victim services, conduct case management, and collaborate with UPD, Central Human Resources, and FaST to ensure access to resources.

The role requires hybrid work with on-campus presence in the Police Department and HR office, regular training and outreach, and strong commitment to trauma-informed

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or combination of education and related experience substituted on a year-for-year basis.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in victim services, employee assistance, behavioral threat assessment, case management, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct victim advocacy and support services for staff, faculty, and affiliates.
• Conduct comprehensive case management for FaST cases and victims of crime on campus.
• Perform behavioral threat assessments in collaboration with UPD, HR, and FaST team.
• Provide situational awareness and personal safety planning to impacted individuals and departments.
• Maintain confidential records following applicable reporting requirements.
