Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Campus seeks a Victim Services and Case Management Specialist to support staff, faculty, and affiliates affected by crime or incidents on campus. You will coordinate victim services, manage cases, and work with FaST and UPD to ensure safety and access to resources.

The role requires a hybrid schedule with on-campus and remote work, reporting to Central Human Resources and collaborating with multiple campus partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; can substitute education with related experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in victim services, employee assistance, behavioral threat assessment, case management, or related role.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct victim advocacy and support services for staff, faculty, and affiliates.
• Conduct comprehensive case management for FaST cases and victims of crime.
• Perform behavioral threat assessments with University Police and FaST team.
• Facilitate access to counseling, legal, financial, and medical resources.
