Cadence, a clinical AI company, is hiring a Vice President of Marketing to own the demand generation engine and unify marketing behind a single pipeline and revenue plan.

You will build the function from the ground up, connect Growth, Revenue Operations, Product, and Data, and drive measurable pipeline with health system buyers and providers nationwide. This leadership role is fully remote with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record building demand gen and ABM programs from scratch.
• Experience marketing to health systems, hospital networks, or enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Cadence's demand generation engine and unified pipeline.
• Lead paid marketing activities, SEO/AEO, and web optimization.
• Coordinate with Communications, Brand, and Sales for integrated outcomes.
• Define marketing tech stack, funnel metrics, and CRM attribution.
• Mentor a distributed marketing team across demand gen and customer marketing.
