Job description

Role: Vice President - Talent Acquisition

Kforce's client, a rapidly growing private equity firm in New York, NY, is seeking a Vice President - Talent Acquisition to support their corporate office and portfolio companies. This is a fully remote role with outstanding compensation and benefits.

Summary: This role will be responsible for building out their internal search function, including identifying, evaluating, and onboarding high-potential professionals. It is a critical role working closely with leadership.

Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the Private Equity sector or similar business models with multiple operating companies.
  • Hands-on experience and deep expertise in executive hiring.
  • Proven track record of recruiting executive/leadership (C-level) candidates across various industries and functions.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

The pay range listed is an estimate based on current market conditions and may be adjusted. Compensation depends on education, experience, skills, location, and other factors. This range may change in the future.

Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability, & ADD insurance for eligible employees. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees' paid time off eligibility depends on legal requirements and project specifics.

Additional Information

Pay is not considered compensation until earned, vested, and determinable. The company reserves discretion over compensation and eligibility for bonuses, incentives, or commissions.
