Base pay range

$191,250.00/yr - $258,750.00/yr

Kforce's client, a rapidly growing PRIVATE EQUITY firm in New York, NY, is seeking a Vice President - Talent Acquisition to support their corporate office and portfolio companies. This is a fully remote role with outstanding compensation and benefits. Summary: This role will be responsible for building out their internal search function to include identifying, evaluating, and onboarding high potential professionals. It is a critical role working closely with leadership.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of related experience in talent acquisition within the Private Equity sector across multiple operating companies.
  • Hands-on experience and deep expertise in executive hiring, especially at the C-level.
  • Proven track record of identifying executive/leadership candidates across various industries and functions.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed. Preference for candidates residing on the East Coast of the U.S.

The pay range reflects the lowest to highest compensation we believe we would pay at posting. Actual pay may be higher or lower, based on factors like education, experience, skills, location, and business needs. This range may be updated in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability, & ADD insurance for eligible employees. Salaried employees receive paid time off; hourly employees are eligible for paid sick leave if required by law.

Note: Compensation is considered earned and vested only when paid. The amount and timing of pay are at Kforce's discretion and may change.
