Vice President of Talent Acquisition

Are you a strategic and data-driven talent acquisition leader with a passion for healthcare and workforce innovation? As Vice President of Talent Acquisition, you’ll build and lead a national recruitment engine to support clinical staffing at scale.

This role will be responsible for:
  • Developing and executing a national caregiver recruitment strategy tailored to hard-to-recruit geographies
  • Leading and scaling a high-performing internal recruiting team
  • Building cross-functional partnerships with operations and growth executives
  • Driving data-backed decision-making through KPIs, dashboards, and metrics
  • Evaluating and optimizing recruiting technology and tools
  • Innovating sourcing techniques and employer branding efforts for rural healthcare markets
Expectations will include:
  • Partnering with regional and operational leaders to forecast hiring needs and ensure coverage
  • Acting as a strategic advisor on labor market trends and talent planning
  • Continuously improving recruiting workflows and candidate experience
  • Delivering measurable outcomes in time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention
  • Leading change initiatives and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
  • Aligning talent acquisition efforts with broader organizational growth goals
A qualified candidate will possess the following:
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven success in recruiting clinical roles (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) in challenging markets
  • Strong track record of managing high-volume, multi-state recruitment operations
  • Expertise in recruitment performance metrics and data analytics
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution and change management skills
  • Preferred experience in private equity-backed organizations and/or home health care

Compensation: Compensation will include a base salary, a bonus, and a shot at equity for the right candidate
