Position Overview

Global Talent Acquisition Manager, Go To Market and Corporate Functions (Remote, USA)
We are partnering with a fast-scaling, globally distributed technology company that is redefining the future of AI infrastructure. This organization is entering a new phase of accelerated growth across North America and the EMEA Region.

We seek an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager to lead global hiring efforts in go-to-market and corporate functions. This player-coach role requires a proven leader with deep North American market knowledge, experience scaling teams globally, prior tech sector experience, operational discipline, and several years managing international, remote recruiting teams of 2-4 members.

Location: Remote (USA-based). Proximity to a major airport is preferred due to occasional travel.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage, coach, and develop a small team of high-performing recruiters focused on KPIs.
  2. Handle up to 10 senior-level requisitions annually while driving strategic hiring plans.
  3. Collaborate with global TA leadership to deploy scalable hiring models.
  4. Ensure candidate experience and data integrity across systems like Greenhouse.
  5. Partner with HR, Compensation, and executives to influence hiring outcomes using data.
  6. Develop hiring strategies that promote diversity of thought, especially where representation is critical.
  7. Operate with urgency, resilience, and pragmatism, valuing direct communication and autonomy.
Minimum Qualifications

Candidates must meet all criteria below:

  1. At least 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience in the tech sector.
  2. Recent experience managing a remote, global recruiting team.
  3. Deep expertise in GTM hiring (sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations).
  4. Experience in high-growth or scaling organizations.
  5. Ability to manage hiring in a complex international environment with cultural nuances.
  6. Proficiency in recruiting data and metrics, including Excel (pivot tables).
  7. Leadership from the front, closing requisitions personally.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $160K-$175K
  • Performance bonus (~19% target, higher for overachievement)
