Position Overview

Global Talent Acquisition Manager, Go To Market and Corporate Functions (Remote, USA)
We are partnering with a fast-scaling, globally distributed technology company that is redefining the future of AI infrastructure. This organization is entering a new phase of accelerated growth across North America and the EMEA Region.

As part of this growth, we are seeking an accomplished and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring efforts across go-to-market and corporate functions globally. This is a player-coach role requiring a proven leader with deep North American market knowledge, experience scaling teams globally, prior experience in the tech sector, strong operational discipline, and several years of experience managing international, remote recruiting teams of ~2-4 resources.

Location: Remote (USA-based). Proximity to a major airport is preferred as some limited travel is required.

What You Will Do:
  1. Manage, coach, and develop a small team of high-performing recruiters focused on delivering against clear KPIs
  2. Own up to 10 senior-level requisitions annually while also driving strategic hiring plans across GTM and G&A
  3. Collaborate with a new global TA leadership team to deploy and optimize scalable hiring models
  4. Champion candidate experience and data integrity across systems, including Greenhouse and other HR technologies
  5. Partner cross-functionally with HR, Compensation, and executive stakeholders to influence hiring outcomes through data
  6. Advance hiring strategies that support diversity of thought in markets where representation is critical for long-term credibility
  7. Operate with urgency, resilience, and pragmatism in a culture that values direct communication and autonomy
What You Must Have:

This is not an entry point role. Candidates who do not meet all of the following criteria will not be considered:

  1. Minimum 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience within the technology sector
  2. Recent experience managing a team of full-time recruiters, including remote global resources
  3. Demonstrated depth in GTM hiring (e.g., sales, marketing, customer success, revenue operations)
  4. Experience in high-growth, mid-sized, or scaling organizations
  5. Comfort managing hiring in a complex, international environment with nuanced cultural dynamics
  6. Proficiency with recruiting data and metrics, including Excel (pivot tables required)
  7. Player-coach mindset: You lead from the front and close requisitions yourself
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary targeting $160K-$175K
  • Performance-based annual bonus (target ~19%; higher for overachievement)
  • Equity component (RSUs)
