Global Talent Acquisition Manager, Go To Market and Corporate Functions (Remote, USA)
We are partnering with a fast-scaling, globally distributed technology company that is redefining the future of AI infrastructure. This organization is entering a new phase of accelerated growth across North America and the EMEA Region.
As part of this growth, we are seeking an accomplished and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring efforts across go-to-market and corporate functions globally. This is a player-coach role requiring a proven leader with deep North American market knowledge, experience scaling teams globally, prior experience in the tech sector, strong operational discipline, and several years of experience managing international, remote recruiting teams of ~2-4 resources.
Location: Remote (USA-based). Proximity to a major airport is preferred as some limited travel is required.
