Kforce's client, a rapidly growing private equity firm in New York, NY, is seeking a Vice President - Talent Acquisition to support their corporate office and portfolio companies. This is a fully remote role with outstanding compensation and benefits.

Summary

This role will be responsible for building out their internal search function, including identifying, evaluating, and onboarding high-potential professionals. It is a critical role working closely with leadership.

Skills

1. 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including retained search, contingency staffing, or a similar in-house role.
2. Hands-on experience and deep expertise in executive hiring.
3. Proven track record of sourcing executive/leadership (C-level) candidates across various industries and functions.
4. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
5. Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
