A Vice President of Strategy is responsible for defining, overseeing, and evolving the overarching CRM and engagement strategy across a portfolio of brands/clients, ensuring strategic consistency, rigor, and long‑term value creation. This role partners closely with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership to align business objectives, data-driven insights, and customer experience vision. The VP must be adept at translating data and market signals into a clear, compelling strategic narrative that guides teams, influences clients, and impacts enterprise‑level decision‑making. He/she serves as a senior strategic authority in CRM, customer acquisition, and ongoing journey orchestration. The ideal candidate is a confident, consultative leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings a strong point of view, and inspires teams to think beyond execution toward transformational impact.
We work a hybrid schedule - 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. Candidates must local to the Dallas‑FortWorth area and willing to be onsite in the Irving office 3 days per week.
