Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Vice President, Sales & Service who drives performance through people, process, and operational discipline—not a personal quota. This operator's role leads branch-level P&L, sets direction, and ensures sales execution and service delivery meet the company's standards.

You'll own branch performance, sales and service leadership, and people development, building a team, coaching, and ensuring staffing and training align with growth targets across markets.

Qualifications

• Requires proven operational leader with P&L experience.
• Experience leading sales and service teams and driving performance.
• Strong decision-making using market data and customer insights.
• Ability to build relationships with senior customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct branch sales team targets, coaching, and accountability.
• Lead quoting, scheduling, and job execution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor branch financial performance including forecast and budget.
• Develop and retain a high-performing branch team through coaching and training.
