About the Role
The Vice President of Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) will lead the process that aligns demand, supply, inventory, and financial objectives across Sterling’s Site Access Mat Sales, Mat Rental, and Structural businesses. This executive leader will design and execute a disciplined monthly SIOP cadence, strengthen planning and forecasting capabilities, and partner cross-functionally to support growth, customer service, operational performance, and working capital objectives.
Leadership Responsibility: This role will lead key inventory, supply chain, and forecasting functions.
Travel: Limited overnight travel, approximately 25%.
