Job summary

Sterling Site Access Solutions is seeking a VP, Sales, Inventory & Operations (SIOP) to lead the monthly SIOP cadence across Site Access Mat Sales, Mat Rental, and Structural businesses. You will drive demand/supply alignment, forecast accuracy, and inventory strategies while partnering with Finance and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in SIOP or related fields, a STEM or business bachelor’s, MBA preferred, and strong leadership and communication skills to build

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in SIOP, supply chain management, operations planning, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and maturing a SIOP process within an organization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and lead the company’s monthly SIOP process including demand, supply, and executive reviews.
• Educate the organization on SIOP processes with emphasis on transparency and effective use of systems.
• Lead planning horizons across near-, mid-, and long-term scopes for multiple businesses.
• Oversee monthly demand planning reviews, balance production and inventory levels, and address gaps during executive review.
• Develop KPIs and analyze forecast accuracy, inventory turns, lead times, and ROAN metrics.
