What you will be doing:
  • Collaborate with our Chief Revenue Officer to create and execute strategic plans for sales targets and customer expansion.
  • Represent the company's vision and solutions to stakeholders, customers, and partners in the US market.
  • Develop and implement a market entry strategy, including research, competitor analysis, and prospect identification.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet targets, build a robust pipeline, and shorten sales cycles.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing US sales team.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, engaging with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Report on market trends and strategic account directions.
  • Own US market responsibilities with potential for global leadership roles based on performance.
What You Bring

Qualifications include:

  • BA/BS & MSc/MBA in a relevant field.
  • At least 15 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, with a proven record of closing deals and generating revenue.
  • Leadership experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
  • Experience building sales pipelines from scratch and managing the sales process effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable mindset.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
