Vice President Production and Video Sales

REMOTE POSITION – Life Science Industry

Must have experience selling live, virtual and/or hybrid events for the Life Science industry

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Business Development
    Develop new sales opportunities by executing sales strategies targeting new accounts fitting the Company’s client model.
  2. Establish rapport to take a consultative approach to solving client problems. Earn prospect trust to learn their needs and provide solutions roadmap.
  3. Present and demonstrate the value of company’s solutions to qualified prospective clients; always positioning to close business.
  4. Produce optimal proposal materials to clearly define the company’s value proposition as an impetus to contract new business.
  5. Implement Business Plans to increase sales volume, and market share, expand relationships, and create referral opportunities.
  6. Always contribute market insight for improved and expanded Company offerings.
  1. Execution and Revenue Generation
    Seek out, build, and maintain a targeted prospect list to pursue.
  2. Meet and exceed Company sales objectives by adopting the company’s methodology, including KPI adherence, exceeding activity targets.
  3. Employ CRM for prospect development, activities tracking, forecasting, reporting, and accountability.
  4. Prepare and negotiate agreements to optimize selling Gross Margins in consultation with the team.
  1. Post-Sale Responsibilities
    Work with Production, Finance, Education & Training teams to transition new clients to the company process.
  2. Work with internal staff to resolve any issues related to implementation or support.
  3. Leverage key accounts or partner relationships for additional sales and referrals.
  4. Perform impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with key clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities.
  5. Provide feedback to Senior Management regarding ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and/or improve the Company’s brand and reputation.
  6. Provide ongoing market perspective by monitoring competitors, attending conferences (e.g., LTEN), and participating in campaigns.
  7. Represent company professionally and effectively and act as an ambassador for the brand at all times including conferences, professional organizations, and networking events as well as all internal interactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Communication or Business or related field
  2. 3-5 years’ proven successful sales experience in Life Sciences industry
  3. Comprehensive and current knowledge of industry offerings and trends
  4. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software
  5. Must be eligible to work in the US
