Position: Vice President Sales Building Minds
Main Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and grow our customer base.
  2. Represent the company's vision and solutions to stakeholders, customers, and partners in the US market.
  3. Develop market entry strategies, including research and prospect identification, focusing on key accounts.
  4. Lead sales initiatives to build a robust pipeline and achieve high closing rates.
  5. Manage and mentor the US sales team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
  6. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and engage with key decision-makers.
  7. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  8. Report on market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  9. Expand leadership responsibilities based on performance.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS and MSc/MBA in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 15 years in sales, with a successful track record in B2B environments.
  • Proven leadership in sales, exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in building sales pipelines from scratch.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence decision-makers.
