We’re seeking a VP, Product Owner II to join our Loans Enablement Platform. This role is located in Houston, TX (3 days in office) or Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you’ll make an impact by:

• Owning the loan product, including strategy, roadmaps, and initiatives
• Contributing to strategic objectives using data, metrics, and goals
• Collaborating with operations and client teams to translate business needs into epics and stories
• Prioritizing work based on business value, revenue estimates, KPIs, and KRIs
• Providing daily direction for the development pod, clarifying story details and acceptance criteria
• Escalating issues when necessary, identifying complex problems, and analyzing customer insights
• Assessing and improving user experience based on existing UX quality
• Creating wireframes independently and with the design team
• Signoff on stories during validation and sprint reviews
• Facilitating story handoffs for operational readiness, training, and adoption, and tracking metrics for future improvements
• Fostering agile practices, DevOps, and automated testing

To succeed, you should have:

• 6+ years of related experience in loan markets, money movement, reconciliations, or trading
• Systems implementation experience
• Experience defining MVPs for initial releases
• Ability to break down complex initiatives into incremental deliverables
• Strong collaboration, influencing, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for innovation and adaptability
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of product and agile experience
