We’re seeking a Vice President, POM (Platform Operating Model) Product Owner to join our Treasury Services team in Pittsburgh, PA, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Pod Owner: Define and prioritize product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and work closely with the development team to ensure successful delivery.
• Product Execution: Write specifications for major features and specify complex functionalities.
• Trade-off Decisions: Negotiate implementation and make decisions to launch high-quality products.
• Issue Management: Identify, triage, and escalate issues, understanding interrelated features and complex problems.
• Customer Insights: Define measurement and instrumentation for analyzing post-release results.
• User Experience: Assess UX quality, recommend improvements, and create wireframes in coordination with designers.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with managers to gather user feedback and drive decision-making.
• Agile Practices: Track backlog scope, participate in PI Planning, create documentation, and refine user stories.
• Technical Guidance: Guide technical decisions based on design needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Tax Services for Federal and State Agencies or deep understanding of Tax Services.
• 3-5 years of product management experience, with 5-10 years in the financial industry.
