James Search Group is partnering with a leading global P&C insurance carrier to appoint a Vice President of Product Development. This high-impact leadership role shapes enterprise product strategy and drives development of commercial insurance offerings across lines.

You will connect underwriting, actuarial, and operations, owning the full lifecycle from concept to launch and performance management, with a base salary of $270,000–$300,000 plus bonus.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in commercial insurance product development or leadership.
• Experience directing product strategy and lifecycle across multiple lines.
• Strong knowledge of policy forms, pricing, and regulatory filings.

• Lead development and enhancement of commercial insurance products including design and endorsements.
• Translate business priorities into structured product initiatives with timelines and approvals.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, claims, legal, compliance, IT, and distribution.
• Oversee rate, rule, and form filings ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment.
• Drive end-to-end product launches with operational readiness across functions.
• Establish disciplined product lifecycle management with performance monitoring.
• Maintain visibility of portfolio, pipeline, milestones across the enterprise.
